RotTK guy was a MASSIVE Shu simp yeah, which is also why Zhuge Liang is remembered for literally performing magic and doing everything nearly perfectly

To off set this, Destiny of an Emperor has Si Ma Yi actually use thunder magic and you have to do an off-brand Konami Code to dodge it

The Genesis library is something I would think is worth exploring, but that would mean digging to find the hidden crap... I feel all the best titles have already been well talked about.

I mean, some games I liked are Chakan, General C.H.A.O.S., and Cyborg Justice (very underrated)

Weirdly I don't recommend it... it's actually a very good Wolfenstein clone with some very tough enemy types and the main gameplay loop involves managing aggro since different enemy types have different lines of sight and ranges of sound. It also has a special mode where you randomize the floors which is really cool

But why don't I recommend it? BECAUSE SOME JACKASS GAMEDEV THOUGHT IT'D BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE RANDOM JUMP SCARES THAT DO NOTHING TO HELP THE GAME!!!!

I liked the concept of Glover but no matter how much I played it, I just couldn't like it. Everything about that game was unsettling and the controls were extremely frustrating.

yaknow, I'm kinda mixed on scalloped potatoes. if they are sloppy floppy I don't really like them but when they are overbaked so that almost all of the liquid is gone they can be reaaally nice
