Unfortunately, yes. I can't legally remove him without an eviction at this point and he's probably moving sooner rather than later since he's engaged. So the lease agreement makes a legal end date where he has to move out or if he stops paying rent I can evict him asap.

I guess he wouldnt have signed anything if sticking around temporarily wasnt on the table
