Dragon Ball, Star Wars and Star Trek fans are so much alike.

They talk a lot of shit about the current product as if they're the worst thing in the world but they can't stop watching it. They go on about how the "old school" stuff is the best while the newer stuff is all ass and unwatchable but, again, they don't stop watching it. Any normal person who shits on something as much as these fans do would already stop giving any attention to the product.

Whenever I call out these type of fans their usual go-to defense is "I'm not complaining! I'm criticizing!" or "If I don't complain then how can it get any better?". or "I'm just so damn passionate about it that's all!".

The question is why can't they stop watching what they hate? It's because they feel like they're singing some grand universal truth when shitting on these products when it's obvious they've just out-grown the product or the product just isn't for them anymore. It's because they take joy in hating shit, take joy on complaining all while never wanting to admit it.

I think it was originally only released in SEA around 2015-2016 and had EOS in 2018. So there's maybe 3 years of content before we see if Crunchyroll ends it or adds their own.

TBF, I've had a few bad teachers during college. They read straight off the book and don't explain what it all means in details. I've had good professors who read the books for us and then laymans term it so good that even a 5 year old would understand, and then they would demonstrate what he's talking about.

I have a cousin who has straight As since 1st grade and he's one of these types where he can cram a book and then demonstrate shit from it like he's been doing it for years.

I, on the other hand, is more of a hands-on learner. I have to see it visually, have it explained to me and then I have to try it myself to eventually get it. Life sucks.
