Also TC, just work on your diet. Eat less ice cream, do more exercise. Cardio, and some weightlifting. Get your blood tested again in 3 to 6 months. You should be fine for now.

There's plenty of cases in which a Statin should be started well before 250-280. TC isn't one of those cases though.

Nothing rare about above average Trig with everything else being fine if he eats a good amount of carbs and he hasn't developed significant insulin resistance yet. He may be young or not have a significant genetic load of diabetes.

He already has signs of insulin resistance as I mentioned with the Trig/HDL.

Also, you shouldn't get on Statin until your cholesterol is like 250-280 and over, and have a family history of heart disease/high blood pressure.

Cholesterol is very good. Your Triglyceride is very high. HDL is solid. LDL is very good. A1C is very good. To find out if you're insulin resistant, and your heart health, you divide your Trig with HDL, so in your case, we divide 182/55 which comes out as 3.3. 1.5 and below is optimal. 2.0 is still good. Anything higher than 2.5, you have an issue. Work on lowering your Triglycerides. How? Eat less processed, white bread, cake, doughnuts, ice cream, cookies, etc, sugar, fried, heavy saturated shit. Eat more avocados, omega 3's, lean meat, nuts, berries, and whole grains. But it confuses me how you have such a high Trig, but good Cholesterol, and low LDL with great A1C. This is a first. Something's going on there.

I have to correct myself. Darkness Distortion is going to be a sequel to that horrible third game, Blood Drive. I will be avoiding that. What makes Blood Drive so bad? If you don't know, I think you're very lucky as the series has not been ruined for you. Just enjoy Blood Covered, and Book of Shadows. Maybe get into Dead Patient Part 1, and forget the rest.

You are correct. Blood Covered is just an extension title of Corpse Party. I guess to differentiate from the original pc one from the 90's.

Blood Drive is third, but I would avoid this one as this was the complete fucking shits, and killed the series for me

Dead Patient is fourth, and it's supposed to be some multi-part series, but currently in development purgatory after Part 1
