From a physics platformer perspective, this is a lot of fun and with tight and responsive controls. Some of the puzzle designs leave a lot to be desired (too many string up dozens of webs to lift something up or secure something in place). Overall, this was a great time.

Yeah, I am surprised you haven't played some of the Crash racing games because some of them are heavily inspired by DKR

I finally started Chicory and am up to chapter 2.

I was mad at myself for not following the darkness that took Blackberry. I saw it creeping up on me, so I ran all the way back to Luncheon and wandered around a bit unsure of what to do. I called mom, and was told I needed to follow the darkness and was not happy at the wasted time and effort.

I was not expecting challenging boss fights, so that first one took me by surprise. though I think it was because I was making it harder on my self in terms of controls since what I had set to wasn't comfortable for the constant and real-time action of boss fights. I'm glad that I am using keyboard and mouse however for painting. It just seems very natural while using a mouse.

I never bothered to finish Ittle Dew. The sequel, however, I greatly enjoyed from start to finish.

Yeah, Pokemon Trainer is probably dead last for me. I would like to think I couldn't stomach making subservient creatures fight for fame, fortune, and amusement.

I picked Witch/Wizard not knowing about the in-universe specifics of the trade in HP. In fact, I have limited or no experience with most franchises listed here.

If you have a Windows OS, then Xbox controllers should be able to connect via bluetooth. I have preferred using rechargable batteries over built-in controller batteries for both battery life and controller longevity, but I am unsure where your feelings are on that.

Anyway, the Microsoft-branded Xbox One and Series controllers are arguably my two favorite controllers ever (I prefer the feel of the former slightly more I think), so they get my vote. I don't know if you can still get their Xbox One controllers new though.

The best part of The Last of Us is easily the multiplayer, which I think is not included in both the remaster and remake and was dropped in the sequel, so my interest ended after the original release.

I got stuck in Donkey Kong for the Game Boy and decided to go back to it roughly 15 years later to finally beat it.

Then I am going to blow your mind, because there have been two Wave Race sequels.

There's Wave Race for Game Boy, Wave Race 64 for N64, and Wave Race: Blue Storm for Gamecube.

I remember liking all of them quite a bit, but it has been over a decade since I played the original and Blue Storm.

I prefer the Splashdown series for my jet ski game fix though
