I always found it strange how both sets of clothing can vary so drastically in appropriateness. We have pool parties every once in a while at work and coworkers will show up in bikinis, which is quite the extreme opposite from the work attire I'm used to seeing. If they show up in underwear they would be dealing with HR but because it's a swimsuit it's fine, even though they both cover just as much.

there are basically two kinds of tokens - fungible and nonfungible. i'm not sure if semi-fungible is possible, though there's been some work into "divisible" nfts that work in a joint-stock manner, but that's outside my area of experience.

one scenario where you might want to transfer nfts of this nature is if you lose access to your seed phrase but still have your hardware wallet, in which case you'd want to quickly move your assets to a new address that you have the seed phrase for. or, to avoid this predicament altogether, you might want to move all your tokens to an abstracted (contract-based/programmatic) account which offers different security or user experience guarantees depending on its implementation. in short, when there's a world where accounts are secure enough to not need to transfer between accounts, they'll likely need to transfer to those secure accounts - which i'd imagine will be of the abstracted variety - from the standard/default/base-layer accounts.

Yes, I was trying to point out that because the housing market is short term in Japan. You basically buy a house to live in for 20-30 years and it gets broken down as the land is used to build other homes (you don't get to own the land in most cases). This impacts the price of the housing market as it makes it deflationary. Who is going to buy a house when there's no investment value? That drives down the price of homes and makes it affordable to rent or purchase. People can use the money they would have spent on rent/mortgage and spend it on something else.
