That doesn't really make sense to me. It's a tiny classroom; there shouldn't be distance-based culling.

You need a lot more distance than that on stuff like the Artazon windmill before it starts cutting frames.

Yeah, that was odd to me. If the issue was too many NPC models crammed into the cutscene, I don't know why they didn't just... take some of the kids out. It's not like they all had some important presence, and it's already obvious that it isn't like a typical school setting.

If it's just the former, it's very high. If I don't finish a game I started, I wasn't enjoying it.

But over time, I would say there's been a gradually higher proportion of games I've played that I didn't end up enjoying. Either my tastes have gotten more refined over time or I've simply just gotten pickier. But needless to say, if a game falls under this category for me, it doesn't get "backlogged" or whatever; I usually just drop it.

It's just a term for a style of content, not meant to be taken as literally as you're taking it.

For me the dungeons are critical to Zelda games, so yeah, my "ranking" is pretty much similar to what your "dungeon ranking" would be (although, I've yet to play Skyward Sword so I don't know where I'd place that one yet) and it's part of the reason why BotW doesn't even feel like an actual Zelda game to me.

I don't think it even should be a part of school except as an elective.

Can't update physical or digital anymore, unless you have homebrew/CFW to get the updates from an alternate source.

Yep, it affects Blastoise too. Charizard just gets all the attention for some reason, so I used that example.

I was just answering a poll question, man. Not my problem if you don't like or are insecure with the answer provided. I never claimed to be particularly "normal"; as an asexual I'm already well aware that I'm far from normal.

Whether or not that's true, that's how people will probably see it... And whether that's what the term entails to your doesn't actually matter as much when considering what the term actually means. You can come up with different ways to describe a term, but that doesn't mean that's what the term actually means. Words have meaning, and making up your own doesn't change the actual meaning of the word... So, while it can mean whatever you want it to mean to you, don't be surprised when people don't understand what you mean since you aren't using certain words correctly...

What word am I not using correctly? Do you think someone isn't straight if they only experience attraction to the opposite sex? Because that's what it sounds like you're implying, in which case I have to wonder if you're the one that doesn't know how to use certain words correctly.

TOTK has introduced further very cool mechanics that really only work with weapon durability, and yet everyone is still complaining because they dont understand that.

You seem to be confusing "misunderstanding a video game mechanic" with just thinking it sucks.

This has the same energy of things like "you just didn't get the creator's vision". No, we got it; we just think it's trash.

That being said, it looks like this game has taken some steps to alleviate it with the fusing mechanic (and they very clearly made sure to show that off right away, as if they knew the complaint was incoming), so I guess it remains to be seen if it'll really be as simple as just "attach rock and presto" like the demonstration made it out to be.

Cool. But I don't, and if I did, I wouldn't regard myself as straight anymore, because to me that isn't what the term entails. I don't experience this whole "attractive but not attracted" thing; I don't understand it, and therefore I have to use my own rubric. Yes, heteroromantic is the term I've come across (and adopted). But as far as I'm concerned, that still makes me straight. It just also makes me not heterosexual, which is what I mean when I say the two terms don't entirely mean the same thing.

That's not really my problem to resolve for you or any "younger generation". I cannot tell when people I am not attracted to are "attractive", because to me, if I'm not attracted to them, they are not "attractive". Simple as that. That seems absurd for me to have to explain, but here we are.

To me, straight means just what I said, you are attracted to the opposite sex with regard to relationship partners. Again, that was what I was initially taught it meant.
Heterosexual means the attraction is sexual in nature. Pretty obvious from the name.

But that also means that saying someone of the same sex is attractive has nothing to do with being straight, gay, or bi in that case

Yeah, but I don't understand why. Like I said, if I found someone of the same sex "attractive", straight would no longer feel like an accurate representation of myself and I would be looking into a different label. That's just me, though.
