FF14 doesn't really fit the bill. It does very well on GameFAQs for an MMORPG.

Let's not pretend that GameFAQs isn't a bunch of oldie diehard types who wouldn't be put off by the Sequel Trilogy. In 2007 Luke Skywalker was untainted. It's not a gigantic drop but the peak is gone.

All the more reason to double down on the opinion that the original movies were superior. Like I would expect FF7 and FF10 to still be beasts even if the site has been mostly down on Final Fantasy's output for the last 20 years or so.

From an outsider perspective, a post office seems like a fairly straightforward operation. Mail and packages are moved from source to destination. I guess the reality on the inside isn't quite so simple.

I'm still working on my collectopaedia. I went around grabbing a bunch of stuff off the ground but apparently not enough.

It took me 30 hours. I tend to play a fair bit slower than most people. I'd say I was about 70-80% done with all the affinity goals at the time.

One of the games I sold on eBay got damaged in transit. I've never had that happen before, so I'm not really sure what I should do next. I'm guessing there's some sort of ticket I can file or something.

You could try making a topic about it for advice. I feel like Board 8 has a bunch of people who sell a lot of stuff on eBay.

Suzume spoilers
I was pretty shocked when it turned out the movie was referring to the 2011 earthquake. The realization sort of hit me when I saw the trucks moving around "contaminated soil" and connected it with how Suzume's party was around the location of Fukushima at the time. I only knew the rough time of the year it happened so I didn't get the meaning of "March 11" in the diary until I looked up the date after the movie.

Well, I just used my only "revive and heal all party members and BP to full" item against Ochette's (my first party member's) final boss in Octopath 2. That might have been overkill, we will see.

That boss's AI pattern is so janky.

I think Cranky Kong was the only voice that didn't feel right to me. The other voices mostly seemed alright to me. Magikoopa was good, though.

Mario movie beaten

I enjoyed the movie a lot. I had a smile on my face to whole time from seeing all the references they put everywhere. The overall plot wasn't anything to write home about, but there were bunch of cool scenes. Like I really enjoyed Mario's final run of the obstacle course and Luigi coming in for the save near the end of the movie. Mario failing the obstacle course at the very end via hitting an invisible block would have been cooler but that's probably too deep a cut for a reference. The blue shell scene was also really cool. I always call it a spiny shell so it never really occurred to me that it could come for a non-spiny enemy. Apparently it is depicted as a spiked turtle shell in later Mario Kart games but it wasn't in MK64 which is the one I always picture.

That's pretty rough. Sadly, it also isn't as rare an occurrence as one might have hoped it was. I'm not sure if you are feeling the temptation or not but don't do anything foolish like reach for your wallet. That's just a road to more regrets. Spending on a gacha game should never be done if one doesn't have a clear mind.

I believe you keep their items and equipment. With that said, you don't have to recruit a character just because you visit their starting town. You can ignore them and go straight to doing the Chapter 2.

They are not. The three times they have shown up have all been as a pair. Also, they haven't shown up on the silhouette in years.

Is there any fighting game series that has avoided the trope of introducing more and more new characters, only for them all to drop to irrelevance over time aside from the few main characters established early on? In Tekken's case, if you're not a Mishima, you just don't matter at all.
