With smaller games not even really factoring in my decision process

I initially had a joke in there about Sombron operating on the same "you kill someone you magically get the drops even at range" the player does to somehow obtain the rings before axing it because even under that assumption he'd only get Alear's ring (and maybe Marth's but he interrupted before Veyle handed it over so I dunno whose inventory it counts as) so the other 10 should be with my army even if no longer capable of manifesting Emblems.

And yeah, Veyle is great. Up there with Lapis for "must protect."
