They don't. The Pokmon Company had a product guide leaked in 2012 stating they don't exist. You also have the blog of Takeshi Shudo who wrote the original anime and he also states they don't exist, the screencaps you see from the early anime were mistakes from miscommunication between the art department and anime staff.
