Question, now that I've had my first reset. Are the game endings primarily based off of which doors/combos of people I pick to go with, or are there other decisions that I need to be careful about?

endings are based on route and some dialogue choices.

True Ending:
Door 4 > Door 7 > Door 1

-Accept the bookmark in door 4
-in door 4 a character will ask if you want to listen to a story, accept, and respond "It did strike as rather odd"
-in door 7 tell them about ice 9 and give away the bookmark

any other route will result in a bad end, but they are worth going through if you want to learn about each character's backstory .

First game you can get the true ending in 2 tries.

Second game, you need to do get everyone's good ending in a certain order to get the true ending

Third game, you need to see every possible route (good/bad endings) to get the true ending.

after you beat the game watch the Persona 4 Anime . It gives more backstory to why Adachi is the way he is and you start to feel for him and see that his actions were justified and that Adachi did nothing wrong. There's 2 versions of the Anime.

Nope, but I'm thinking about it as a last resort since I have phimosis. I'll be seeing a GP this week to see if I need to get one.

unless it's a very extreme form of phimosis circumcision is not necessary. A doctor should prescribe you some type of steroid cream to help you stretch the foreskin back after a warm bath. Phimosis is treatable without surgery.
