Russia is currently winning a defensive operation in Kherson, where unfortunately Ukraine is putting men into a meat grinder and have no chance of winning. New York Times and Washington post talk about this extensively. But the rest of the media doesnt really depict too much about Ukraine loosing.

Ukraine is currently winning on an offensive in Kharkiv where they gained like 10,000 meters of territory and are now ready to liberate Lyman. everyone knows about this cause the US media always depicts Ukrainian victories so we can support that war.

its like a draw now; one offensive Russia is crushing, other offensive Ukraine is making incremental gains now since the rapid blitzkrieg stopped as now Russia is fighting back rather than fleeing.

But Russia is very strategic on how they dont loose a lot of casualties on every front they participate in, whereas Ukraine has lost a huge amount of men on every offensive theyve conducted hoping to overwhelm lines rather then the slow approach of artillery destruction then put in troops like Russia does.

When you're perpetually upset it becomes second nature to be easily upset at everything.
