Every dog is different and has their own fears. My beagle hates having her nails touched. Its in her personality. Its not a sign that Im a bad owner.

It's worked for every dog I've ever known that had issues with their feet being touched.

I explained to you how her disability makes her much different than a standard Pitbull and you not only ignored it, but you mocked it. I think we should define poor training. The majority of dog owners would likely be viewed as substandard training. Do dogs have to be physically abused, starved, and bred to fight to be able to snap and attack? Or do they just need to have kinda lazy owners? If it's something like the latter, perhaps we should look at which dogs can cause the most damage and consider no longer breeding them.

More often than not its a lack of socializing and training on what acceptable biting is. I wrestle with all my dogs from the time they're puppies and they know legit biting is a no no. My dogs are so well socialized and trained we will be rolling around and "fighting" and I say "give me a kiss!" and they stop immediately and give kisses so they know faces are never ever for biting even in play. They fully understand play vs protection and that we do NOT bite people unless they're laying hands on their loved ones. Defensive/protective training from a professional is worth every penny.
