i actually started washing my sheets monthly because it's much easier with my in unit laundry at my luxury condo

Imagine using that 40K budget and cooking your own food and investing the rest in stocks or precious metals.

I can smoke a brisket or pork shoulder and have plenty of food for the week for less than $100 maybe. And, of course, if you don't want meat you can cheaply cook pasta or ramen and just dress it up with extra ingredients.
