Law is not morality. They can still moderate as needed but they shouldn't be modding for, say, talk if piracy, or talk of social upheaval.

She needs to realize that a kid's gender identity is not about her, and if they are willing to talk to a teacher about this but not their parents then there's usually a good reason for that. She could literally be putting people in danger.

Both organizations are bound by Title IX which protect trans athletes. Either they break Texas law by allowing them to compete, break federal law by allowing them to be banned, or pull out of Texas.

Break Texas law then. It's illegitimate and unconstitutional anyways.

Texans need to just start ignoring illegitimate edicts. Trans athletes can perform when and where they like.

Only the quality of a movie or show matters when watching it, not what a writer, producer or actor does away from the movie or show that isnt present in the final release.

So Joss Whedon is toxic but none of it is shown in his productions so I have no qualms about enjoying Buffy while also criticising Joss.

Whereas Mindy Kaling puts her own toxic mindset into Velma and so I wont watch it.
