I read it fine. The father was asking to relocate to another area to avoid that. He wasn't asking for the judge to teach her a lesson.

The judge decided to give her a life lesson of what could happen if she continued down that path. if you have a litter trapping mat outside the litter box it usually catches the litter that gets stuck in their paws. Often they clean themselves too. There are still times you might get some litter in the bed from their paws, but really its not a big deal. You just push it off.

Sounds like a good opportunity for newer people to make more money and build experience.
