Murray absolutely didn't deserve what happened to him. Arthur is clearly depicted as having a delusional one-sided relationship with him because he grew up without a dad, he uses Murray as a scapegoat because when he finally gets to meet him Murray rejects him. He uses Murray as a proxy for the societal ills he's been done wrong by, while Murray only signed up to be a television presenter and entertain people - which is the entire reason that Arthur even knows about him in the first place, having idolized him for years.

I'd say geolocking certain locations might work so if your phone/watch notices you're at a park, it won't go trigger the function or maybe sending you a push notifications asking if you're attending a park, to opt out until X time.
