I think I am actually going to try to see this one all the way through. Its no RE4 but theres been some fun set pieces like trapping a mutant in a a furnace and roasting him, blowing up explosives to stop jeeps and other well placed boom barrels near groups of enemies. I know people got on RE4 for straying away from survival horror into horror action but RE5 takes the cake for constant action and set pieces. I see why its started to stray then. I have not seen any spear chucking, face paint or grass skirts but maybe later on. It just seems like your typical RE game where "people" are acting overly violent. Thats how the first game The Forest was such a great success. I would even argue EA, when done properly is the BEST way to make a game. Because you can take a game thats okay and make it amazing. I've played many games where they update monthly and some even weekly. I think I ran into a bug once.. Bone-raiser minions just came out of early access by the way and that updated every Monday. Great game by the way. Played vampire survivors in an early access and that also worked out well. Currently participating in Spirit hunters which is an early access, they've come a long way with lots of good chunky updates and I think there are a few updates from 1.0.
