Replaying this after playing through the DKC-inspired sequel makes me view this a tad less as a result. I feel like swimming is worse here while it was pretty alright in the Banjo games. Minecart stuff still blows. That being said, I think that they do a great job at capturing the magic from when the main people involved were at Rare.
