Lol I remember that name, and the hate from 10 years ago. Not only was he blamed for a bunch of stuff like emh and maybe spectacular spiderman, he even got blamed for young justice's cancellation somehow I think.

I'm fine with there being multiple Hulks, I heard the concept of red She-Hulk apparently being Betty Ross and totally want to see that comic.

Not too much a fan of multiple "Thors" or Ironmen, then again I'm indifferent about these characters whose introduction to me was entirely MCU based. Though EMH is up there being the best non spiderman cartoon Marvel has ever churned out, so I liked them in that show too.

Bc even if you paid for them you don't download. They're emulated and streamed to your console...since there's no native emulation of PS2/3 hardware on the PS4/5.

Oh is that how it works. If it's streamed does that mean it requires a google fiber level internet connection like cloud streaming?

Season 6 felt a lot smaller somehow. The show didn't exactly have a ton of scene changes, but season 6 feels like it was all shot in one small room. I did really enjoy Paget Brewster. Keith David had moments, but I never really felt like he meshed with the group very well.

Even with all of my gripes about that season, the final episode was really well done. It got a really nice send off.

I actually think the season addressed that well, with him off in his trailer away from the rest of the group

Really liked that episode when jeff tries to impress him with his favorite band

Did I miss out on doing the older thug crimes and demon crimes now? There were a lot of side missions and collectables that I didn't do, reasoning that I'll only do any collectables if they're close by the main mission.

What would happen if I tried to do side missions now? Would I have to deal with rioters and sable agents shooting at me in addition to the side mission objective, or am I locked out of side missions I'd been postponing

I like how similar it is to spectacular spiderman, aka the best spiderman show to date that was tragically cut short: Sinister 6 and doc ock being the ringleader/mastermind.

I really fucking like her. I'll admit she wasn't the best in 5, but she was really good in 6. I love the idea too and the direction the character seems to be going in is really cool. I love how she's definitely crazy, unlike Sidney Prescott and, more importantly, seems to take much greater pleasure in killing the bad guys than she ever did. Great legacy character imo.

Been noticing a common consensus that Sam won people over in 6, myself included. Can't really pinpoint why if anyone asked.

I will say that I'm kinda loving the whole bringing billy loomis back like this even if it doesn't make sense (she never met her dad and has no idea what his personality was like) the actor looks fantastic considering.

Enjoying the whole "she has a darkness to her like her father with her stablust but she uses that killing passion to protect her sister and family"

The more I think about it and the more I read some other posts around the internet the more disappointed I am that they didn't go with the cult thing since the opening reveal was pretty clever for Scream (despite the weirdness of a gorgeous blonde somehow being so hard up for dates that she needs to go into an alleyway to find one). And the actual reveal is awful.

1, 2 and 4 are still the best ones. You can't beat the master, Wes Craven himself. But melissa's performance improved a bit here over 5, or maybe I'm just warming up to her.

The scenes with Otto are so tense, knowing what he'll eventually become...

The in-game social media posts are a hilarious addition (the idea of me reading fictional social media tweets when I don't even read real life ones is pretty funny if not ironic) but there's no way I'm gonna read all of them, did anyone make a transcript of them all or a way to make me know which ones I missed to read later. Just a funny little thing to add to the game to make it feel more "real"

I think in scream 5 they say that he was banging the mom of the new sisters, at some time period before the events of Scream 1. Jenna Ortega is from the mom and her husband. But the older sister is from an affair between the mom and Billy. She found out that her dad wasn't really her dad and she ran away from home. That's why she is estranged from Jenna at the beginning of 5

Ok so if we work out the timeline... they must have been around in scream 4, just unseen. And somehow it never got out that he had an illegitimate child before then, Gale didn't find anything. Boy she is really getting bad at her job, she found a movie theater but didn't even know Richie had a family? Wut.

This unseen mother we never see... oh yeah there are no parents in the Scream franchise unless they're the murderers or just about to be killed, forgot about that. But imagine carrying the child of a serial killer, what must that poor woman be going through. She couldn't have been more than what, 17 at the time? 18 tops? Wait if she was just another girl at the high school doesn't that mean she's teen pregnant? So whoever she married to have tara would have to have known she has another kid.

It was pretty ridiculous that jenna ortega was still alive in scream 5, but we rolled with it cuz it was a nice twist on the opening kill scene. But the girl was on a hospital respirator there is no way she would continue to survive 4 more stabbings in this movie she is not a saiyan, humans don't have power level boosts.

I've watched all the Scream movies at some point or another in the last 2 decades but could someone remind me how does billy loomis even have a daughter again? Like, he got some girl pregnant in the events of scream 1 while he was trying to bang sidney?

Oh good so it was an intentional thing that everyone thought of. Still think that idea may have been better. As much as I love the Scream 2 homage, seriously a serial killer family? That goes beyond the typically goofy shit of Scream... So where was the mother, are they going to have her in scream 7

I also particularly like how a tiny teen girl was able to break into Gale's apartment and take out her hunky boyfriend.

I have an idea already for that. A global Ghostface cult pops up and there would be like at least 20 Ghostfaces maybe . The big reveal at the end d would be in the Roman Colloseum. The main characters are surrounded inside the arena on all sides

When the trailer for this movie first surfaced and it was set in NYC, it was giving off this impression actually, that there was a purge like scenario with hundreds of ghost faces all around NYC.

Turned out to be a misdirect, but maybe they're keeping that one locked and loaded for Scream 8

I like how they insisted on keeping the 2 new siblings alive, with the girl straight up running about as if she wasn't literally stabbed multiple times. Great stuff.

While leaving Gale's fate up in the air so they can account for the 2 scenarios: either courtney cox doesn't want to come back so they kill her off, or she does want to be back for one more movie so they're like yeah sure she pulled through.

I like how in keeping with the meta, it was a mixture of both scream 2 and scream 3. scream 2 had mother of the serial killer of the first movie, scream 6 went with father of the serial killer.

Dumb fun that is.

The cop dad coming first on the scene and somehow faking his daughter's death to fool the police gave strong Dexter season 6 vibes when the cops were all waiting for him to go in and give him time to destroy evidence leading to him as the murderer while waiting patiently outside.

I still weirdly liked it though. I don't want to like melissa bererra but I'm weirdly into this whole idea of daughter of the serial killer who is now the hero, very star wars.

Liked how they knew we'd know there were 2 people, so they were like "haha fooled you audience again, it's actually 3 people now!"

Pushing that number kinda sets a dangerous precedent, this might break the door down to a full on cult movie with multiple serial killers.

I don't think I laughed once while attempting to watch a few episodes. People always recommend Community cause I love Parks and Rec, The Office, Superstore, etc. But I don't see it at all.

Shame, I do like those other 2 shows you mention and straight up love parks and rec.

Sidenote if you like Paget Brewster she's great on Another Period, a show I thought was hilarious but no one not even online really watched. It's like a mockery of those KK reality shows but set in early 20th Century America with some hilarious anachronisms.

I'd personally rank the latter half of the show's run 6>4>5. Season 5 is technically better-written on paper than S4, but it's just so damn saturated with bitterness that's it's downright unpleasant to watch from start to finish (I'd probably just cherry-pick the two or three standout eps on a rewatch). S6 was a lot better than I expected it to be - Paget Brewster and Keith David were excellent additions, and the inevitable paintball episode actually turned out to be a lot of fun.

Yeah I don't know why that other guy didn't like s6, but overall that ranking is just about right, at least with 6 being better than 5 and 4. Can't decide between the other 2, on the one hand it was straight up wrong to fire Harmon and deny him s4 which had crucial moments like jeff finally confronting his dad, with the writers fumbling most of the way through with some terrible concept episodes. On the other hand s4 also had some heartfelt moments probably in an attempt to bring back the series from the brink of darkness, like Pierce defending Britta to Jeff, or Jeff defending Pierce to Annie and the Dean.

S5 was so overly bitter and I was not a fan of the guy from BB they brought in. But it also had episodes I liked, I definitely loved the GI Jeff cartoon episode.

Now as for S6... I'll admit, I didn't even appreciate this season when it first came out. After 2 seasons of very polarizing episodes and quality, and with the show moving to Yahoo, and the new format which made the episodes feel overly long, it made s6 seem not that great initially. But like you said, my god did the additions to the cast knock it out of the park. Frankie is one of the best characters added so late into the show's lifespan. And Keith David's addition speaks for itself, loved the guy ever since finding out he's the voice of Goliath. And it's a season that definitely keeps getting better on rewatches. Not every instances of meta humor worked, but I crack up at like 90% of the meta jokes from this season. It had so many little moments that were great in addition to the big laughs, like Dean and Jeff's silent convo trying to guess Frankie's sexuality.

My favorite was the space ghost talk show. It was so mysterious and confusing yet intriguing to me as a kid, here was this dude who looked like batman but not quite. And he wasn't even harvey birdman, he was a different character independent of those 2.

The easiest way to do that is to just be close enough to the car when the mission actually starts that you just instantly jump on it.

I finally got it and good thing too, I was down to my last thug crime. That missing little checkmark was bugging me so much, I just had to get it.

Before playing this game part of me was wondering if I should have played some of the older spiderman games before Insomniac took over to get a hang of how spiderman handles after the early 2000s era, but the only one with moderately good reviews was shattered dimensions and the gameplay footage didn't look as appealing as I thought it would.

Hope I didn't miss out since they already removed them from the store ages ago.

For peace of mind I'm not gonna bother getting the highest ranking for those challenges if I already get challenge tokens regardless. Unless I need exactly that amount for crafting?

I changed my mind again, it's drone challenges. These ones... hoo god these ones make me hate swinging, when I usually just spend most of my time literally swinging around the city from how joyful it feels.

Stopping a vehicle without taking damage... I'm sucking so hard at this. I swear there's a delay in button registers in this game, I'm pressing circle to dodge while webswinging and it's not working. I thought I could cheese it by having the bullet invulnerability ability but the game didn't count that as completing the objective so I have to do it the "real way"

Lol this is a funny post considering it feels like a small indie passion project that he personally financed. Especially considering he both wrote and directed it.

Yeah and he was hilarious. All the little cameos by the mcu iron man guys made me sad it wasn't the iron man 3 kid but nevertheless still a heartwarming performance of a dad and his son connecting on the road working a food truck.

Sofia Vergara is adorable in this, love her. John Leguizamo who was on social media recently is in this and is likeable too. It's a simple sweet story about a chef who goes nuts one day in a restaurant after a bad Ego-esque review and decides to take a break, opening up a food truck in the process and going cross country.

Funny because I remember food trucks were really big in Miami (still are I guess) around that time too and that's where the movie starts the food truck journey.
