Two round Presidential election via the popular vote Keep the Senate but elect it via a sort of mixed member proportional system. I do like the idea of staggering the election of senators in groups of 3 but I don't know if that would stay. Instead of abolishing the Senate this would serve to make it more reflective of the country as a whole. For a chamber that weighs in on things like cabinet and judicial appointments this makes sense. The House can stay as it is. Local/regional representatives although are now elected via a ranked vote. Staggered term limits for members of the judiciary Gerrymandering is gone. Midterms do not exist anymore. Elections for the House are held at a fixed date following the previous election, but like a parliament in other democracies if the Speaker does not have the confidence of the House then a new election is held immediately. You'll never get rid of money or lobbying in politics, nor should you since many positive goals have been achieved with both historically, but any methods to reign in the worst parts of Citizens United --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console. His arc this season is him becoming more and more like Logan and this would make the transformation complete. I'm 50/50 on whether Mencken actually becomes president-elect or not. Something in the previous episode on a news report in the background said something about a ruling to recount the burnt ballots, so I think that fucks him and ATN. Or alternatively he actually wins power and fucks over the family because he's a fascist and can't be trusted. Greg winds up with nothing.
