no but I can tell I probably have it. I look in the mirror and think Im fat or obsess over the smallest little details of my body. For example most people think I weight around 180 because of how thin I look but I legit feel like Im like 240 or something. Same thing with my general appearance. I genuinely always get asked how young I am, most people think Im like 23 but Im actually 30 and they get legit shocked, I feel like I look older than 30. Or that Ive been told I have a very nice jawline but I look in the mirror and feel like Im a potato .

it all started with my first gf. I was overweight at the time and she had made a lot of digs at my appearance and size down there (which Im also hung asf but thats another discussion). Before that I just had extremely low self esteem. But I do think her general abusive side triggered it into a new direction.

Lumping more vitriol for Hamas vs lumping more for Arabs/Muslims in general is not that far of a step in terms of logical leap for people who already feel that way. They equate one with another, so that itself is pretty damning of a reason as to why even for a PR swing it makes 0 sense for them to blame Hamas when they know for a fact it wasnt.

the noise canceling is a good mix of cancellation & actually being able to hear around you if need be. At ambient noise they feel especially light. As for sound quality, a bit deep for my preference but it does sound good with songs that are bass heavy. They fit well in ear and dont feel heavy/uncomfortable, plus they look pretty sleek.

yes I know theres better quality earphones out there, even wireless ones. But the synergy with apple products is worth the extra cost on this one imo. And Im coming from 4 year old $50 headphones so its a clear upgrade.

thats only true in extreme situations. Such as you eating a whole stick of butter or having one massive meal comprised of fried foods and such. Otherwise as long as youre getting a decent mix of protein, carbs good fats you can pretty much eat whatever as long as it falls below your maintenance caloric needs. The issue is that people are tricked into thinking 2000 calories is the norm. Yeah it is if youre a male of 6 ft height, if youre 58 you probably need like 1700 calories, if youre 64 you need like 2700.

will you be unhealthy internally if you only eat trash food? Yes. Does that mean it will make you gain weight or not lose any? No.
