A federal magistrate judge had ordered Trump to sit for a deposition in the Cohen suit starting Monday morning in New York. Earlier this week, however, the former president scheduled a campaign rally in New Hampshire for Monday at noon. Trump had already delayed the deposition twice, and his lawyers had tried to have it scheduled for Sunday. But at a hearing last week, the judge declined to grant that date and insisted on Monday. Trump aides and lawyers rebuffed questions about the conflicting demands over the past couple of days, but in a court filing around 8 p.m. on Thursday, a Florida-based attorney for Trump, Alejandro Brito, announced that his client was dropping the case. The one-line filing offered no explanation for the rare courtroom retreat by Trump but said the termination of the suit was without prejudice, meaning he was reserving the right to re-file it. Trump decided to temporarily pause his meritorious claims against Michael Cohen, a Trump spokesperson said in a statement. Once President Trump has prevailed in dealing with the witch hunts against him, he will continue to pursue his claims against Michael Cohen, who rightfully deserves to, and will be held accountable for his unlawful words and actions just as the Southern District of New York held him accountable for numerous non-Trump related acts and crimes, making Cohen a very proud felon. Cohen said in a statement that the move indicated Trump feared the prospect of a deposition where he would be required to answer questions from Cohens attorney under oath. As I have said from the beginning: this case was nothing more than a retaliatory intimidation tactic, and his attempt to hide from routine discovery procedures confirms as much, Cohen said. Mr. Trumps cowardly dismissal spells the end of this latest attempt to deter me from providing truthful testimony against him. My legal team and I now look forward to turning our full attention to holding Mr. Trump accountable for his latest abuse of the legal system. Cohens lead attorney, Danya Perry, filed a motion to dismiss the case in May. However, it had not yet been ruled on. As a result, Trump can dismiss the case and reserve his right to re-file it. However, if he does so, hed again be subject to deposition. It's hard to believe you actually think that and not that you're just waxxing nostagalic about the game you played when you were a kid Feels onpar with someone claiming Kingdom Hearts 1 is better than Baldurs Gate 3 because you can't skip cutscenes in Kingdom Hearts 1. I mean everyone's entitled to their opinion, but... that's a weird one. Face it. if OG RE4 was released for the first time today (and had kickass graphics) it would be panned for its massive flaws. It was impressive for its time due to its advanced graphics, but QTEs, escort missions and dull corridors don't hold up. Hell no, that remake was ass. Every single element was weaker. I guess you really really love constant shitty QTEs and really really really long boring dull corridors. Sound design was done by a temp for sure. The gunplay change over to the Call of Duty white hashmarks is wack. The boss designs are worsened accross the board. I completely disagree. The sound design was excellent, weapons handle well and have good vareity. Immensely improved controls, removal of shitty ass crap garbage QTEs, superb level design.
It absolutely was not. The attention to detail was wild and you can feel the love and passion in every aspect of the game.... except Ada's VA but we don't talk about that. Almost every single chapter/level etc of the game has cute time savers for replays like shooting the bell in the village or cheeky shooting of locks through windows. The treasure system overhaul is a vast improvement, the side-quests are cute and add a lot of neat touches to the lore. RE4make has some of the best level design and pacing since.... Well RE2make TBH. CAPCOM have some immensely talented designers. The original was a labor of love, and you don't top that simply by working in an updated engine. He lives and breathes the Minutemen but makes you the leader because he feels bad he failed once before. So much so that he even lets you lead the Minutemen if you become a literal Raider and start massacring Minutemen settlements. He should be the General and the radiant settlement quests should become really rare if your settlements have high defense, supply lines and artillery. You could explain away the supplies with scavenging. I know there were a few episodes where they added more people, but not nearly enough to compensate for those that were killed.To be fair to Voyager it shows them trading with people all the time , both visually and Neelix talking about random foods they picked up it's also safe to assume they do this at every opportunity, it's just too boring to have an entire episode showing Tuvok trade 100 self sealing stembolts for 4 power converters and 7 barrels of food Then 20 minutes of Harry Kim stacking the barrels in the cargo bay. That's fine suspension of disbelief The lack of continuity is what bugs me.
