My personal advice is to get one as early as you insurance is willing to cover it.

Blaming Democrats in this case won't work since everyone knows the GOP runs they House. They set up the rules like this, filed the motion to vacate, and are refusing to unite behind anyone new. Democrats voting for their own caucus leader is expected.

Theres a correct answer to this. Its best for your tooth health to brush after eating, not before. Otherwise the remnants of your meal sit on your teeth all day. Just try to wait like 20 minutes between eating and brushing so that you dont brush away enamel whiles its softer right after eating.

The correct answer is to brush first thing in the morning, and then 20-30 minutes after each meal.

First thing in the morning will break down plaque buildup from overnight, as you produce less saliva when you sleep vs when you are awake. It also promotes saliva production which helps fight plaque buildup.

And then 20-30 minutes after each meal for the reason you listed.

Because both of my parents had tooth/gum issues I'm VERY OCD about the health of my teeth and gums and have done probably more research on this than the average person should.

Nothing in your quote there says it is dangerous. Harmful, in that context, means bacteria that is bad for your mouth's health.

In my world, harmful = dangerous.

And your teeth rotting away or having issues with your gums may not be a stomach ache, but I still consider that "being sick".

No. I brush when I wake up before I shower, eat breakfast, and then brush again when I get to work.

I then brush about an hour after I eat lunch.

And then finally when I get home from the gym after I shower (around 9:30-10pm)

Neither path is perfect. After is supposedly bad for enamel. But left over food is also bad for enamel, since bacteria eat it and shit acid out, and contribute to gingivitis, breath, etc.

Starving the bacteria seems common sense to me.

Regardless of what is actually true, my mouth feels best if I brush after.

Like I said, You're supposed to brush first thing in the morning and then 20-30 minutes after you eat.

You should, but not right away.

The suggestion is to do it 20-30 minutes after to let your enamel build back up.

You better off rinsing with non-alcohol mouthwash or pop a piece of sugar free gum in your mouth directly after each meal.

Best effort is to brush when you wake up/before you eat, and then brush/floss as the last activity before you so to bed.

The one time I did it was successful.

Was visiting a friend at college his freshman year and we were at a party. It was in Maryland, but there was a girl there wearing a NY Giants hoodie so we got to talking about NY Sports bc she was also from NY.

She eventually invited me to walk her to her suite that she was sharing with 4 other girls and we fooled around for a bit.

it was so long ago that we exchanged email addresses bc neither of us had cell phones yet. We talked for a few weeks but knew it was just a friendship at best. We eventually fell out of touch but are FB friends now. The kind that are friends but never interact.

Any activity, for a $14k cruise to a free night of board games with friends, is what you make of it.

I've had unforgettable nights with friends watching a ballgame, spending nothing more than $20 for a few pizzas and a 12 pack. And I've had unforgettable nights spending thousands on a vacation.

I've also spend thousands on vacations I absolutely hated. So, like I said a few posts above this one, every experience, not matter how cheap or expensive, is what you make of it.

Doing Americanized shit across the globe via cruises and resorts isn't getting "immersed in culture" either.

Assuming that's what you do when you go cruising or on vacation.

A cruise can be as basic as you eating hamburgers and drinking at a pool that isn't yours, or it can be you experiencing foreign cultures and traditions than you couldn't experience anywhere but the ship's destination.

Most cruise goers fall somewhere in between, but as with anything in life, the cruise/vacation experience is what you make of it.
