If you like reading short stories I always recommend JG Ballard. He did a lot of weird sci-fi and dystopian stories.

Agreed. I know it's pretty trite to say, but it's a Bethesda RPG through and through. I'm loving the graphics especially. Has some real uncanny valley shit going on, in true Bethesda fashion. The shader & lighting quality is also top notch. The gameplay is pretty fun, but I've just been playing it like a standard FPS game so far. I haven't even touched the colony or ship building yet.

A lot of people are whining about there being Body Type 1 and Body Type 2 instead of Male and Female, and other "woke" stuff in the game. Some people are scouring the internet for every negative video review or clips of bugs happening and passing them around, clearly determined to hate this game and hope it fails miserably, and I can't help but think their ulterior motive is in fact just the "woke" stuff.

Some people are also whining about there being no real time space travel, and I'm wondering how they would expect that to work. Space is pretty vast and time is pretty limited. You can fly your ship in orbit.

I'm not a DnD fan by any means but I love BG3. The learning curve a bit steep for me personally but worth it.

I only got to play part of the intro so far. I can tell some of the graphics are improved from previous games, especially facial animations, but it doesn't support DLSS or ray tracing? I thought these were signature graphical features of current gen. It's probably about time they retire the creation engine. There's a mod to replace FSR2 with DLSS so I'll probably try that today.

Because I heard nothing but bad things about the single-player game.

Besides, I play STALKER Anomaly so I'm afraid this would be too fast-paced and easy for me.

Definitely. Not just for the game but for the whole modding scene. I love modding Bethesda games and fucking around with the creation kit. I also think they make some of the most immersive single-player RPGs.... or they did once upon a time.

At this point I feel like we all know what we're getting into with a Bethesda creation engine game. An immersive open world, a wealth of hilarious bugs, and (hopefully) a thriving modding scene.

Compared to Trump George W. is a master wordsmith. Trump sounds more like an orangutan with a learning disability.

I think I can definitely say that those two shows I mentioned are better than most everything I've seen on Netflix. I figure Netflix probably has more good shows in general though.

I know of some of those but I don't know how good they are. There was also that show See which I've heard good and bad things about.
