im playing it right now whenever i need to use the bathroom
its my current bathroom game
im also not the type to reset when a character dies. i take the death and move on. so far ive only lost a single unit and it was the mage guy

its my first time playing this fire emblem but from what i understand even if i lose a character in the first 10 chapters i can rerecruit them later cause perma death doesnt kick in until after chapter 10 right?

the generation system was interesting if not implemented very well.

anyway i wouldnt really consider any of the first 3 phantasy star games good
but the first game has its place in video game history as the main character of phantasy star 1 is the first time a woman was the main character in a jrpg.

but 4 on the otherhand is amazing
i hold it up there with chrono trigger and final fantasy 6 as the best of the 16 bit era.

not likely as oda has turned down offers to adapt one piece into live action before
if he didnt think this idea had potential he wouldnt have greenlit it

Buff Mallow and Bowser and nerf Geno and Peach so they're all worth using. That's all I really want because having a party of just Geno and Peach all the time is really lame.

you do know you dont need to use geno and peach at all right?
you can bench them and just use mallow and bowser for a different experience
you dont always need to play most optimally in an rpg. just use who you like. no one is forcing geno and peach on you

Yeah I'm curious if they'll do any actual balance changes. It would make things more interesting I guess. I don't expect them to make many changes outside the graphics though. And presumably they'll completely remove the name Toadstool from the game and call her Peach.

she was already shown in combat in the trailer and yes toadstool has been changed to peach
so long as she is still ridiculously overpowered its cool though

i hope they add some new content to it cause the snes version is amazing and a shot for shot remake probably wont have the same charm so you need to bring it with new content!

some people are very immature when it comes to sexuality and only see things in black and white
they cant wrap their heads around why someone would experiment and have that reaffirm their heterosexuality

men and women both experiment with their sexuality but when a woman does it they arent accused of being a lesbian in denial. thats the stigma about men experimenting and why most men who do wont admit to doing it

every conversation ive seen about her over the years now has been a lot more nuanced by people with a better understanding of how trauma can mess with you

the entire plot of the games is the universe itself is trying to break shion and you are mad that it succeeded
every action she has good or bad makes sense for the character due to her mental state at the time and the events that lead up to it
you dont have to like her. but to say she is a shit character is a lie

i like to imagine im one of the usernames you can never remember cause that makes the year we spent making 500 topics that only had us talk back and forth hilarious
