Onlyfans can be a good thing for going "independent" but if stuff like what Andrew Tate was "allegedly" doing to be true, it can also be used as a control thing as well forcing women in doing this stuff as well.

I'm assuming since the age demographic here is 30+, I'm not crossing a morally ambiguous line when I discuss this topic. As I was watching porn, I noticed that good production value only comes from Japanese markets now. I haven't seen anything new from US since mid 2000s and it made me wonder why? I remember seeing content like "bang bros XXX" being churned every other week; now I don't see anything other than clips being stolen from other people's onlyfans. Is this the by-product of porn adopting social media into its platforms? What do you guys think?

NO WAY. It was during night time in one of the most saturated shark spots in the world. There's apparently 40 different species of sharks that swim around there and they're more inclined to swarm around large cruise ships as well. I think the person who dared the child to jump over should face criminal charges. Unintentional or not, the person who offered the dare created a situation where their negligence of preventing a foreseeable situation ultimately killed the child. Had they not asked the child to jump of the ship, he wouldn't have died. I hope someone fesses up and takes accountability.

You can see it in the video. There are people who slowed it down and you see the shark whip around in front of him. Then he swam the opposite direction. When the camera panned to the life ring, you could see a shark surface by his legs, but when the camera came back, he was being dragged under. The shark looked pretty big, too. They follow ships to eat stuff that gets thrown over.

I just saw the video on youtube. You guys can find it by typing in "lousinana teen shark cruise ship" in the search. The video is pretty disturbing considering how desensitized the kids were. One even had the audacity to say "oh bye bye!" right when the sharks appeared. How effed up is that? I hate our future generation.

It's alright except for that fact that they have several filler characters that seem completely out of place. I just don't understand why they even bothered with Martha? She was just a waste of screen time considering she played no role in the plot development.

I just want to vent in hopes that someone here will give me some insight:

I was pretty much living paycheck to paycheck as a server until COVID hit. Then I lost my job, went behind on my payments, and went through a mental health crisis where I'm now getting help. Currently, I'm living with my mother who is nearing 65 and is still working as a cashier with a 1 bedroom apartment that she also rents. Everything looks bleak in the sense that I don't know where to turn to. I can't stand the fact that my mother is also living paycheck to paycheck and I can't give her any sort of financial freedom. I feel like I should take out a massive loan and use that money as part of my mother's retirement. She doesn't deserve to be working forever; I want to give her a break at the expense of my own. At the end of the day I have no one to blame but myself. I should have went to college earlier, I should have taken my life more seriously, I should have spent more time supporting my mother.

I'm trying to grit through but I can't seem to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

If I'm trying to apply for a very competitive graduate program in business, will the difference between an A+ and A really matter? Maybe I'm misinformed, but I've heard certain graduate programs will see A+ as more than 4.0, and add more points to my cumulative GPA. So a 4.0 at a local UC might be tallied up to 4.5 GPA somewhere else. Can somebody please shed some light on this before I spiral down into a dark path of rumination, cheetos, and mountain dew.

Well it's not because she's ugly. It's because she's ungrateful and ugly. Before I was nice to everybody and cautious of attractive people. Now I feel like I have to be cautious of everyone.

Should I be upset over this? I don't know how to feel actually. The fact that she was ugly makes me even more irritated (horrible as it may sound).

Long story short, I'm an A student in the class and the acquaintance is barely passing. I gave the student all my notes thinking that it was only a one time thing; however she asked me for my notes again saying that the rain ruined everything. Thinking this is an act of "altruism" I decided in good faith I would give her all my remaining notes. It took me an effort to give her my notes and she only thanked me after I confirmed if she received it. She gave me an entitled vibe, despite being low on every metric possible. Even if this took no effort on my part and I haven't lost anything as a result, I need to know if its worth being acquainted with classmates that are underachieving like her? I need to be aware in the future so that I don't come across a similar situation.

Let me preface by saying that I'm a guy - rather unattractive and objectively overweight - and other student is a girl. It started off as friendly conversation and small talk but now I feel like she's asking for something every time. She sits behind me in class and she has been asking me for a copy of my notes every now and then. I've been kind so far, and have given her notes on every module. But I can't help but feel that her sense of gratitude is lacking and that she's taking advantage of me. When I missed class and asked her for a copy of her notes, she made up some excuse and said she would email me later, which she ended up not doing. Of course I didn't bring this up with her as I was afraid of confrontation.

Note that I bust my ass taking these notes and I even take the effort to modify them when I get home. The class is a bit difficult but it's designed in a way where if you pay attention and take notes, you'll pass. 90% of the class is dependent on being conscientious enough to pay attention and process the notes in your own language. I feel that by her copying my notes, she's not making the effort of trying to learn on her own. She's skipping the note taking process (which takes a lot of work) and is just reaping the perks of my hard efforts. I feel the inclination to sit in a different spot during class time but I'm also afraid of making the situation awkward. Should I just sit somewhere else and not care? Am I being overly petty about this and should just give her my notes?

*puts money in the stock market* I'm doing this correct right?
