Very much agree with this. Those quoted sentiments often come from understandably bitter people that had it happen to them and/or those that it already took an extreme feat to land 1 partner so it's easier for them to look down on something they've never experienced the opportunity of.

And like, spare me this ohhh I'd break up with them first, cuz can't imagine putting someone through the pain of cheating. It's one of those games that's a legit classic without the nostalgia factor. As another poster said it would be janky, but easy to get use to, and jam packed with extras...even has a wacky what if mode that jam packs your next play through of the game with dozens of easter eggs/funny gags.
