Auron and Wakka at the top, Paine and Kimahri at the bottom. To be fair to Paine, Id never gotten far into FFX-2 until late last year, so I didnt really have her backstory at all. But it only did so much to improve my opinion of her. Kimahri isnt bad either, but hed be the easiest to remove.

Doubt Ill ever be too old. There have been times where I havent wanted to play a game in weeks or even months, but I eventually get back in. The industry would have to go completely down the drain, and even then, there are plenty of older games I havent tried.

I was kinda hoping thered be a pic of multiple muffins that had very small bites taken out of them, like that chicken wing pic.

Literally who cares? Of course emulators are going to have problems every now and then. This means nothing to the vast majority of people interested in the game.

I mean it's pretty evident that emulation day -7 or whatever isn't gonna be perfect, it wasn't intended as a knock against the game

Cripes, just buy a Switch. I can get behind trying to get retro games to work but this is some real shady crap to do with a new release.

I heard from a guy that those who are trying to play it on a Steam Deck are having issues with the speed of the game, sometimes certain events dont trigger properly.

Day 14: Castle

Wasn't super feeling this one, so I did a 'proper' one along with some conceptual ones. Of course, my proper one is rather sparse looking, so having all 3 kinda makes up for it, I guess that's how it works. I feel like on a different day I'd be a lot more raring to go for castle, but eh.

Speaking of feedback, I haven't really been giving you much Hambo (mostly because I've been dead tired when posting mine). I appreciate you keeping to your own theme, alongside the Inktober theme, kinda forces you to think even more, but you've managed to make it feel appropriate. You said you were getting burnt out, but I really liked your rendition of 'Wander'

Day 13: Rise

It's supposed to be someone peeking off a piece of floor or something that's being raised by water. Something I've probably seen in a game before. I don't think the perspective is great though, I didn't put much thought into it.

2:25. This feels weirdly long, but I was having trouble getting any for a while, so I suppose it makes sense.

The problem people have with the Pocahontas movie is legit, but I really like the songs >_>. Havent watched the movie itself in years though.

Day 11: Wander

I really couldn't picture in my head what I wanted and I'm getting tired and losing motivation, so this is what I got. I might've had something a bit better than this earlier, but I scrapped it. Oh well.

Well I got it dealt with I think, what a nuisance.

I decided Id stop at 100. Clicked the link on my phone, Im not prepared to do a quiz that long. It was also bothering me I couldnt remember the name of Raging Fury.

They were perfectly fine with letting me sign up for Sewer and Water with no issues, but apparently, despite Garbage being included with them, they don't actually reach my area, and it's a whole separate thing I gotta sign up for. That wouldn't be awful if there was any indication besides my trash not getting picked up.

Appreciated. They're from Game Club by Mozocry. Relatively short manga, though some of the chapters are a bit longer, if you're interested. I liked it pretty well.

Day 10: Fortune

Honestly, I looked at Twitter to get inspiration, I was thinking money fortune, but couldn't get a good idea, this kind of fortune felt better. If there's anything I kinda like about this piece, it's that the yellow part of the dress actually feels like it has the proper flow.

I dunno if I ever had too much issue with Berserkers, but Sorcerers are just evil. Although, iirc, Berserkers felt pretty tough in 3, since there was no longer an RC.

I never really had an issue with Dancers until I played Critical Level 1. Then they became the worst thing in existence.

Truth be told, I keep going half measures for stuff like this. Reasonably speaking, I should be more intent when doing a quasi-realistic pieces, or just go full on in stylization. Rather than oversimplifying actual details.

D&J came around the time when I stopped watching Nickelodeon so I don't have the nostalgia for them. I'll say it was weird hearing for the first time that Penn and Teller weren't close friends or Jamie and Adam from Mythbusters weren't either.

As it turns out though, Im pretty sure Penn and Teller (or one of them) stated they were better friends than previously indicated, it was more just a thing where since theyd worked with each other so much, they werent gonna go to dinner or something right after and hang out more. Might be misquoting a bit, but I think it was something to that effect.

Day 7: Drip

Honestly I feel like this is one that I could/should put more effort in, but I feel like the scratchiness makes some parts of it look better, and some worse.

Edit: Hmm, obviously you can tell I rotated the canvas (which I felt made the leaf look better), but the droplets, mostly at the end, look dumb that way.

Day 6: Gold

This looks more washed out on my laptop screen vs my tablet. Oh well.

Gold feels like it really isn't 'that' hard to render, but I'm having issues. Doesn't help I'm trying to do a nonstandard shape, so I might have to try something a bit easier.

Hmm, I cant YT the stories, but I can still look them up. Probably worth it, though it would be very sad.

Well if there's a small comfort, pixiv requires (I think) people to tag AI art, and you can filter it out in the options.

That makes sense, and I feel like I've seen stuff like that before. I think I honed in too much on how to get the spinning effect at all, cause doing it manually just seemed really bothersome.

Day 4: Dodge

I had to look up how to get a good(ish) spinning effect on the ball. Still isn't perfect, but I can see how it could be done better. Forgive the pose and detailing of the character. I feel like it probably should've been the most important part but it was a bit of a rushjob. Had to color it because it just looked really bad without it.

Day 3: Path

Not my original concept, but this felt better to do. Truth be told, I spent more time on getting the perspective of the wagon semi-right than the path itself. As per usual, I got a bit lazy filling in the details and such, both the forest and the wagon, but I think I got about what I wanted.

While I havent watched it, the main criticisms Im hearing are choppy animation as well as diminishing serious/cool moments by being too self aware.
