You're exactly right. It has so many systems that it actually becomes restrictive, you pretty much have to play the way they want you to or else you will run out of ammo

When I first read the new Hawk text I thought it meant that they changed the way it works so that it does last through the end of the game if it's played on the final turn, so I don't think they accomplished what they wanted here

Ive seen Chavez in decks where she is explicitly never intended to be played but I dont see the need for it here. You usually do that if theres a card you really need early that would be useless on turn 6, thats not the case here. You would still want to be able to draw Cerebro on Turn 6

A tech card with less than 5 power is probably more useful than Omega Red. Deathlok is kinda iffy too. Luke Cage helps with negative locations and also prevents Lizards Ongoing from taking effect.

Iron Man could help with games where you dont draw Cerebro and doesnt interfere in games where you do, and also makes Omega Red a little more viable if you insist on using him
