no, it's not. even fallout 76 is better and more of a fallout game.

it's a linear, pointless, empty, soulless attempt at growing the fallout franchise. but it definitely failed in many ways. railroading, handholding, lack of variety. they thought they were really clever with writing and instead failed miserably. everything in the game means nothing and the main plot is one of bethesda's worse.

I strongly recommend mainlining the main quest. I thought the 7s were justified until i hit around a dozen hours. Now those scores just seem absurd tbqh. I really dont think those reviewers got very far

Starfield looks like a Bethesda game, not inherently a bad thing. Most games developers pick an aesthetic and stick with it. But it's the same as every other Bethesda game, a mile wide and an inch deep.

The movement in ME2 wasn't that great even for its day and age. Commander Sheppard looked weird when you moved him around.

If Mass Effect Andromeda, one of the worst games ever made, got a 73/100 on metacritic, then 7/10 must obviously be a bad score in the context of video game journalism.

The barren randomly generated planets seem like such a waste of dev time from what I've seen. There seems to be no real reason to even engage with that part of the game.

It's Bethesda. They probably cobbled the whole thing together from old Skyrim and Fallout code.
