I saw a Tiktok the other day of a NYC apartment tour. It was like 7 floors up, with no elevator. It didnt even have a bathroom, that was shared with the rest of the floor. So it was basically just one room that contained the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. It was maybe 200sqft.
