In my experience, when youre a total addict, pretty much your whole life and existence is devoted to pursuing and using said drug. Well the guy is supposedly in recovery. You're not allowed to live at the sober house if you're using (it's like a post-rehab facility), and they drug test regularly. But you may be right. My sister-in-law is 21, and cant register a car for herself because she doesnt know how to adult properly, so she took a big shit on my wife and I, her mother who was trying to help her, and herself who now has to wait another day to get her car, all because we dont want some dude we hardly know in our, around our kids. A publisher expressed interest in another IP (Tiny Metal) so they put development on Project Phoenix on hiatus, made Tiny Metal, and are hoping that: A). Tiny Metal is profitable enough to fund development on Project Phoenix, and/or B). They can secure funding for Project Phoenix. They didnt steal from Project Phoenix. Mismanaged the money and the development, could make an argument for that.
