I work 40-50 hours a week and still make breakfast every morning, dinner in the evening, pack our lunches, clean litter boxes for 2 cats, do laundry and put it away, dishes, and clean a 4 bedroom house regularly. 1. We have 3 cats and 2 huskies 2. For example right now I leave home at 6am and get home at 8pm. Then it's academy home work until midnight. There's literally no time for me to do anything. I would not want to leave my dogs alone for 12 hours or so. They would be miserable --- Cubs, Rockies, Grizzlies, Patriots. |

For example we ran like 5 miles for pt Friday. 2.5 of them were uphill on a steep incline road. I have constant shin splints and my ankles are always hurting. I usually spend the first half of our runs really behind everyone until my feet go numb. Once my feet are numb I don't feel anything so I stay with the group But the first 2 miles are just killer. I seem to run flatflooted too which I can't seem to change. Right now I'm using nike free runs. I was looking at hokas --- Cubs, Rockies, Grizzlies, Patriots. |
