i love XII, its one of my favorites in the series.

my biggest gripe is that the story can feel stretched thin if you get absorbed in the sidequests (hunts), as they can be quite time consuming.

my rationale for waiting for the pc version:

- better performance (dat framerate)
- free online play
- i think the PC community will be alive and vibrant when the game releases. see how Dark Souls online flourished (and is still going) even though it released a long time after the console versions.
- choice of controller (Steam controller is best controller)
- backlog etc

That naive initial claim is often wrong, considering universities do patent their research and receive royalties.

but they are still non-profit entities who are not seeking to maximize value for stock holders. that's the key difference and only a naive person wouldn't see that.

I know people who have gone to rehab 7 times and the 7th time it finally clicked for them.

im pretty sure most folks take many relapses before they finally get clean, if ever.

i spent ~2 weeks in in-patient rehab for drinking and, literally, the day i got out i bought a bottle. i can't explain why other than im an alcoholic. it took about another year before i finally got my shit together and i don't really know what changed other than i just got sick and tired of being sick and tired.
