Spend most of that time just sleeping, didn't have the energy to do much. Th last week I was starting on foods again, but couldn't deal with much at that point, I was mostly having thin soups and juice. Lost a lot of weight as well. I always wanted to try the reboots for PS1 / PS2 gens. I only played the classic stuff (my favourite being IV on Mega Drive) and the most recent reboot. Blaqthourne posted... Super Off Road and Vindicators II are the only ones on Origins that aren't on MAT1&2. Oh cool, another game. Blaqthourne posted... I should probably pick up MAT3, but with only 8 games on it, it needs to be dirt cheap. That was an awesome one, even if just for a few games on it. It at last had the advantage of a number of games being more along the standards expected at the time. Nope, there was a PS3 / 360 release as well, though I only found out it existed today when I saw a copy in a local store. Most of the included titles are games from the previous compilations, though no Mortal Kombat stuff or the better racing games from 3. The only new addition was Vindicators Part II. https://www.gamefaqs.com/ps3/683989-midway-arcade-origins/data I can't play my PS2 stuff (my PS2 died recently then my PoS brother decided to steal my PS2 controllers since "I don't need them") so this collection is tempting. It still has Defender, Gauntlet, Joust, Rampart and Smash TV. Only lacking the San Francisco Rush games from 3 and the Mortal Kombat trilogy which had another compilation on PS3 anyway. Edit - And seems it was poorly known since it was the last release from that developer. They were achievement spam games instead (they had a bundle advertising 72000 achievements for around $10). | DeltaBladeX 09/26/17 6:20:29 PM #3 | Fusion followed by Other M. I started with Return of Samus many years ago, and enjoyed it but the game is rather limited compared to later games. Super I played on Wii long after playing later games so I was spoiled by series improvements. Fusion was my second game in the series, and while linear compared to some of the series, it seems the ones I enjoyed most are all guilty of that. While some might hate that I listed Other M, I found how it moved the 2D playstyle into a 3D world to be more to my interest than the Prime style. The pixel hunts and story may be terrible, but the gameplay was highly enjoyable though too easy at points. I'm still looking for a copy of Zero Mission. The official remake of 2 is something I wanted to try, but the requirement of multiple Amiibo figurines to unlock all content pissed me off. If it ever drops to a cheap price (unlikely as it is given it is Nintendo, their eShop still has launch games at full price in my region), I'll consider it. --- I'm not lazy, I just don't care http://backloggery.com/DeltaBladeXNZ |
