Shit, I need this too. My chair is starting to fall apart. It rises when I'm not sitting in it, as if the lever that raises/lowers it was pulled, and it wobbles and creaks like crazy.

I at the minimal I had to eat, and ran alot.

Also, from your current pics I would think that you already weigh a lot less than you do. I've got a similar build where I tell people that I weigh 200lbs and they tell me to gtfo.

Yeah, its the last 30 or so pounds that separate being slightly overweight to actually in shape for your height that are an absolute bitch to lose. You cant rush those. Not that Ive been as big you were before but Im your height and went from 220 to 150 a couple years ago. Getting to 170 wasnt that bad but the last 20 pounds took a while. I went for a long time without weighing myself (because I knew I wasnt going up) but it was slow going.

i've waited this long. i don't mind taking my time. thanks for the advice dude, appreciate hearing it from someone who lost like that. congrats yourself
