| masterpug53 02/12/18 3:05:56 PM #15 | @Gafemage tbh I'd lumped Snowhead into the bad dungeons, but my opinion would be softened considerably if Goron rolling was out of the equation. I realize it's not a widely shared opinion, but good golly gosh Goron rolling might be my most all-time hated gaming mechanic. I literally spent five straight infuriating hours trying to get through the rolling segment of the final dungeon on my first playthrough. Hell, I haven't actually made it to Great Bay Temple in fifteen years because Snowhead segments and the abysmal Goron racing (which incidentally makes Mario Kart's rubber band AI seem positively fair and realistic by comparison) killed my interest in progressing further. So in that regard, I couldn't give an accurate critique of Great Bay simply because I can't remember it very well (Stone Tower though was memorable enough to remain a top-tier dungeon, the cherry on top being that it marked the return of my favorite franchise enemy, Eyegore.) But that aside, the game's countdown timer is a very cool concept, and objectively, it works well for this game. But as someone for whom BotW was a literal dream game, it kills the freedom and enjoyment of world exploration when you constantly have that falling moon breathing down your neck. --- Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read. |

Nowhere to go but up in terms of cohesive storytelling and characterization, and I've actually got quite a few good ideas, such as rival guilds, the ability to recruit unique guild members during the quest arc (and the time and energy you put into training your recruits directly affects the outcome of the questline), and the addition of a Scholarship skill that actually validates all that book-reading by allowing you to pass certain speech checks by citing literary, legal and historical precedent. --- Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read. |

What really captured me about SMB 2 was the imaginative, off-the-wall qualities of it, not to mention four unique playable characters and a much wider enemy pool than the first game. And for me, Wart remains one of the more epic final bosses in the series. And (apart from Mario's trademark main theme), the music was far more memorable than SMB, and imo set the bar for all subsequent games to have increasingly stellar soundtracks accompanying the gameplay. --- Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read. |

Wear an outfit on a female PC that removes the bra (Dark Seducer armor, for instance), stand in a waterfall, go into 3rd person, and rotate the camera until it all disappears. It legitimately was the reason Oblivion got slapped with a post-release M rating iirc. Sad thing is that it got patched out in the M-rated copies. If you're lucky enough to have a T-rated copy, the nips are there; otherwise, it's just Barbie bumps.
