The interrogation was in 2015, but the appeals regarding the interrogation have slowed down the process a lot.

I want to say the only thing this impacts is whether the grand jury would accept the interrogation and subsequent confession as evidence for the trial that is still pending. The other evidence may still clearly implicate him and result in a conviction anyway.

I'm totally for tricking suspects into entering a situation where they eventually admit guilt. Or at least, I don't think it's necessary to prevent the suspect from tricking themselves.

The problem I have with this idea is that if you're supposedly entering into an investigation in good faith and wanting to get a person convicted beyond reasonable doubt, doesn't tricking the suspect seem like a shortcut that calls into question the thoroughness of an investigation? I'm all for, during the course of discussion, tricking a suspect to reveal details that can allude to the truth of the situation, but not for tricking them out rights that are intended to maintain the integrity of due process.

Because again, at the time of the investigation/interrogation they are not actually convicted of a crime yet. When you have the investigator deciding that he's going to trick the suspect, it says to me that he's already decided for himself who is guilty. The investigator as the one man jury will take the suspect down.

Technically any spider can kill by causing an infection in the skin and fat (cellulitis) that then leads to necrosis.

If you want to go strictly by venom, of these six only the funnel-web and maybe redback spiders are truly medically significant. Mouse spider is debatable. The other three simply aren't a threat if you clean the bite.

My current go-to is Freschetta since its crust doesn't taste like "empty toastiness" like Digiorno. Toppings and sauce are about even between the two. Both are too thick and doughy.

Red Baron has the crust thickness right but the cheapness shines through. I occasionally crave that for some reason, though.

I was able to work out a little bit, but toe cramps in both feet ended it early. I've been having problems with cramping feet for a long time, but it's gotten pretty bad in recent years.

Not everywhere, but that will definitely be true for some locations. Dorado where he said he lives is 15 miles west of San Juan and nearer to where some of the horrid flooding is, but I don't know exactly how bad it was there. My guess is that Dorado won't be a place that stays without power for months, but it may be weeks.

I never go over $100. To date I don't think I've spent more than $80, and I milk every pair for more than I'm supposed to. The limiting factor is usually when the sole of the shoe wears out around the ball of my feet. The left shoe goes a little faster than the right.

I suppose that could be a little irresponsible, but to date I haven't had any problems with my knees, ankles or feet across 10+ years. Asics arch support seems to hold out really well for me.

My body weight routines dynamically involve all of these except for sit-ups. Flutter kicks, dips and a number of yoga poses are also included.

I do have some dumbbells lying around, but I tend to neglect those and it's only sets of 5, 10 and 20.
