Exactly 1 week before my 15th birthday I was hit by a car. That pretty much ended that relationship. Plus by the time was recovered enough that I didn't need crutches she was seeing 2 other guys. I thought I had found someone that didn't mind the scars too much but she and I were never anything more than friends. In college there was this one woman that I kept running into between classes. We got to talking and I spent a few semesters getting to know her. By the time I graduated she only considered me an acquaintance. **** social interactions, man! I think a better word would be bigotry. It's strict definition is intolerance for different opinions, though those opinions could be regarding race, sex, religion, etc. On further thought, it was really just the one teacher (and a substitute at that), all you you can really infer about the school is it's a place where a bigoted teacher has worked. --- No locked doors, no windows barred. There are instances where wearing dark makeup complies with existing social norms, such as mascara or lipstick. Wearing makeup at a fancy restaurant at meal time has a different context than wearing makeup on a street corner late at night. Similarly one person may view the level of makeup applied as being conservative while another may view the same level as excessive. So with this in mind I want to ask, as someone that is more socially aware and has a better understanding of the issue, is blackface racist is every context? --- No locked doors, no windows barred.
