How do I stop my cat from turning on the sink?

We had a lever faucet that you lift and it turns on but he figured it out too fast, and then got the knob kind, one for hot and one for cold....but he knows how to turn them now.

How to train him to stop? He likes getting wet so spray bottles don't work.

Usually he plays with the water until he's soaked, it looks like he wants to fight it. Once he's wet he runs up to the other cat and tackles him then runs away.

Cat just gave me an almond joy wrapper

I don't buy almond joys since I don't care for them and I'm the only person in my house who even eats junk food...so I don't know where it came from.

Anyway, he just walked up to me, hopped on my lap, then dropped the wrapper before meowing at me and running away.

Usually he does that with birds after I let him outside, but this is just weird.
