I am built like an NBA player and am known in my area because I train fighters and fight myself, so I'm normally joking and respectful. My partner is a small female with g cup boobs and a pretty face, she normally has to be colder and more serious. She puts up with way more attitude than I do. |

I guess she refused the breathalyzer and has been in trouble for this stuff in the past, but something about the 5th amendment makes it so none of that was entered as evidence. I don't know man, but they were like she was driving drunk and she can't do that, then she was like I was driving a little drunk yeah. It didn't feel very much like it was a tough case from my perspective. |

No they don't. Not for dust covers. The dude was fired for his dust cover because they technically had no grounds to fire him for the shooting after he was cleared by the courts. The problem is they tried him for murder when it was manslaughter. Everything was technically following protocol. You make him crawl out of the line of site of the room he was in (because you're never going to risk your life or another officer's over the life of a suspect). The dude kept trying to keep his pants up and was scared to death, the shooter was scared and itching to pull the trigger. He wasn't the one giving the orders, but that guy hopefully got suspended because he escalated the situation by giving terrible orders and threatening death to the guy. However it was all technically sound procedure wise. Even the shooting... while very clearly unwarranted wasn't breaking protocol the dude wasn't complying, the problem is you're supposed to be able to be aware of the stress in the situation. I have no sympathy for the cop, but that whole thing was just asking to be a fuck up. |

The media makes it seem a lot more rare than it is and it's not really a legal sentence or crime you get charged with. We have over 20 guys awaiting trail (because it's jail) who are alleged of crimes fitting that definition. There are way more child rapists. |

It's almost always store discretion but people are convinced it's some sacred law. The worst part about it was it was like a gallon of milk rang up 10 cents more than the tag because an employee fucked up. |

There is a scene in the original comics where Raph and Leo are fighting a triciraton and struggling. Mikey was handling three solo and joking around. I've always hated that they don't acknowledge him for being that gifted. Hell, he pissed raph off a few times and raph went at him and mikey just casually tosses him around. He did lose to raph once because raph basically cheap shotted him from behind |
