Playing mh4 and about to fight shagaru magala and i think i should enter high rank quite soon.

Like is it just tougher enemies with higher stat or the differences are more substantial? Like more aggresive enemies, new attacks, new monster. More frenzied monster, etc?

How do i know if i entered high rank? Is it basically after the main story is over, or the story is still going on?

For rpg, the tools are the stats, equipments, and conversation systrm that allows you to tackle an objective in multiple way.

For level based immersive sim like thief/deus excor dishonored, the tools are sometimes literal tools, and the level design itself.

There is a charm where you come up with a plan, and a pleasant surprise when your crazy plan works because the game naturally allows you too.

And it doesnt count as breaking the game with bug exploit or something. It feels more you outsmart the developers for using tools they give in a way they do not expect. This again, emergence of gameplay, of problem solving even of storytellin that can only appear no other medium aside from videogame.

It is really easier to explain to people who love deus ex or rpg like classic fallout/ultima

The quests in good RPGs are designed like a puzzle box where it can be solved multiple ways. So are immersive sim level like thief.

You are given some tools, you pick several out of many tools you are given, and it can be solvable with things you have if you used it cleverly and correctly.

That kind of freedom, the emergence of gameplay opportunity just by design and sometimes the discovery of what you actually can do, the improvisation of things when stuff goes wrong. That level of freedom if what i crave.

What i expect this gamecto fulfill and my expectation.

Sorry but I call bull. GBA carts don't save like Game Boy ones do. Game Boy games have a save battery that can eventually die and stop saving. GBA Carts use,flash memory separate from their internal battery

Whoops then i sont know what happened other than the game wont save anymore. Saw it on reddit that old carts have interbal battery 2 to 3 years ago and just assumed ig was it causing my save to be rekt

Yes very sharp and great balance and comfort for me.

How good is the edge retaining?

I have a good whet but my knife are crap honestly it doesnt retain edges too long. So a newly sharpened blade cuts pretty sharp (you actually can make any knife ultra sharp woth good whet) it just doensnt hold the edge long.

It is historical open world RPG with aim to realism and deep simulation and role playing elements and emphasis on player choice.

You can only play as a determined character, but you can play what you want.

It is like deus ex. You always play as jc denton but you can use stealth, go rambo, use persuasion, etc.
