Amy Fabbrini and Eric Ziegler, an Oregon Couple who have been battling the Oregon Department of Human Services for 4 years hve won back custody of their children after they took their sons, then 4 y/o Christopher and 10 month hold Hunter away from them because they were deemed to have lower than average IQ to take care of them!!

This was based on concerns of Amy and Eric's family at the time who questioned their ability to be parents but a judge ordered the return of their older son, Christopher and the same of their infant son.

The 2 children have lived almost their entire lives in foster care since the removal as attorney Jamie Gerlitz said "I'm glad the case was successful, but it shouldn't have been this hard. I think the system is broken. DHS has a lot of power and it's really scary that it's taken these people 4 years to be heard"

Judge Bethany Flint said "i feel the threat articulated to Hunter is fairly amorphous. I searched and searched for some sort of language that was provided to articulate what the current threat of harm is to Hunter right now..There is no allegation that they're not able to meet these basic needs"

The parents of Amy and Eric said they were concerned for the parents cognitive and "excutive functioning" skills as they had their IQ's tested. Amy came back at 72 and Eric was 66 where the average IQ is between 90 and 109 and because theirs was well below the population average, the state ordered the removal of their children for their safety

Eric's parents bought the house for the couple to live in but Eric and Amy have held jobs and Eric has a driver's license who works in the mail department of the Bend Bulletin. They have taken parenting, nutrition and CPR classes to show they can raise children.

One fo the reasons the state removed the children were they were not reading to them, failed to put sunscreen on them and gave them FRIED CHICKEN NUGGETS as snacks as a toddler as opposed to healthier food.

A GoFundMe page was created as 40,000 has been raised of their 200,000 goal

He then grabbed a handgun and shot twice into the wall and then went to his mother and shot her. He then drove to a family member's home before being arrested during a traffic stop.

Matthew blamed his mother for getting him "riled up" and threatened to kill BOTH of his parents, Lydia and Loren...

81 y/o Loren, his Dad wrestled the gun out of his hand as a family friend said the father was lucky to be alive because the gun had jammed..He called the police at 9:48pm when his son left the house and went to his sister's house

Lydia was rushed to the hospital but died from her injuries

19 y/o Diana Durkin, a Texas College Student was questioned by TSA at airport security checkpoint after she made a FINGER GUN SALUTE and was accused of being a TERRORIST!!

She explained to officers at Hobby Airport in Houston that it was merely her school's symbolic sign that she performs whenever she saw a fellow Texas Tech University out and about.

But TSA still interrogated her despite her seemingly innocent actions being misinterpreted as a sinister sign that landed her in hot water

An officer saw her using the sign and immediately pulled her aside and Diana tweeted about the experience..

She said "In the airport security line and i see someone wearing a Texas Tech hoodie and i look at them and do the gun hand signal because wreck em amiright. tsa is now pulling me aside to talk to me. I love Texas Tech. I love the people, i love the school. Anytime i see someone i get really excited."

The agent asked her "What are you doing? You can't do that in an airport!"

Diana then got a pat down and full body screening and says "Oh my gosh, they think i'm a terrorist...Oh my gosh i'm going to jail..i'm just sitting there, almost in tears, like No i'm just really dumb. i'm not a terrorist"

They eventually let her out with a warning and attempted to reassure them she learned her lesson.

Then she went to facebook and realized that had she been AFRICAN AMERICAN she would have faced harsher treatment and ADMITS that being white saved her from that kind of treatment and wrote

"I am very lucky the situation was not worse. I do recognize that people of colour are treated unfairly in situations like this and that racism and profiling is an epidemic in America that i do not condone or endorse. I am a huge advocate for BLACK LIVES MATTER, and for MINORITY DISCRIMINATION awareness. I think there is something very wrong with the fact that people of colour in my position would have had to fear for their lives and i did not face the kind of threat they receive on a daily basis because of my race. Our country needs to change. I am truly sorry for anyone that is offended by my story. I don't know that more to say about this situation, except for apologize that our Country is in a turmulous state that it's in. I was not paying attention at all when i did this, it was a habit of a girl who loves her school. Please stop coming on my social media accounts and bashing me for this!! i just wanted this to be a funny story people would laugh at".

32 y/o Amanda Nasser, a mother heifer and former Virginia High School sign language interpreter got the smackdown today as she was convicted of 18 felony charges of indecent liberties with a minor and computer solicitation of a minor and was sentenced to 90 YEARS in Prison...but will only serve 7 years in prison as the rest were "suspended".

She had sex with a 15 y/o student inside her van that was equipped with a full sized bed as she worked at Louisa County High School.

In 2016, she sent hundreds of text to a high school freshman, many which were sexually suggestive and explicit

She made contact with numerous other kids and became familiar with them as she provided them with her cell number and friended them on facebook. She also sent NUDE pics of herself to a minor and engaged in Sex with one of them

Attorney Rusty E McGuire said "These convictions send a clear message that such predatory behaviour will be met with swift and severe repercussions. The victim in this case will be forever scarred by Ms. Nasser's conduct. His family has been victimized by her actions and her own children will spend the next 7 years without a mother. This case is a tragedy of Ms Nasser's making"

Amanda originally faced 230 years in prison before it was dropped to 90.

44 y/o Renee Elliot, a former carrier factory worker is OUTRAGED after her company announced 200 more layoffs despite a deal that Donald Trump supposedly made that would keep the plant from moving to Mexico!!

Trump hailed a "victory" for himself in 2016 with the Carrier factory in Indiana which he made shortly before becoming president as he promised to save US manufacturing jobs.

The 7 million tax incentive deal kept them from moving to Mexico and saved 1100 jobs but United Technologies said the deal still allowed them to trim its workforce at the indiana plant and it engaged in 2 rounds of layoffs with 300 back in July and now another 215 today.

The company said "We continue to actively engage with our workers and the community to provide impacted employees with resources to make a smooth transition"

Her husband held Daniel at gunpoint for trespassing until police arrived and police found him wearing a trench coat and in possession of a "burglar's tool"...

18 y/o Ash Whitaker, a transgender teen from Wisconsin has won a cool $800,000 from his former bigoted school after they discriminated him by monitoring his visits to the boy's bathroom and made him wear a bracelet to single him out!!

He filed the lawsuit against the Kenosha Unified School Board in 2016 claiming the school was discriminating against him because he's transgender.

The school "strongly denied" the allegations but after more than a year when the suit was filed, the school board backed down and settled the suit and awarded him 800,000 smackers.

The now college student said "I am deeply relived that this long, traumatic part of my life is finally over and i can focus on my future and simply being a college student. Winning this case was so empowering and made me feel like i can actually do something to help other trans youths live authentically. My message to other trans kids is to respect themselves and accept themselves and love themselves. If someone's telling you that you don't deserve that, prove the wrong"

He graduated at Tremper High School and now attends the University of Wisconsin-Madison majoring in biomedical engineering.

The district will now withdraw a petition it filed to the US Supreme Court asking to overturn a ruling that allowed Ash to use the boy's bathroom during his senior year and will allow him to use the men's restroom whenever hre turns to the campus as an alumnus or community member.

The settlement sends a clear message to other school districts that discriminate trans students which is against the law and harms students who simply went to school according to Ash's lawyer, Joseph Wardenski.

650,000 of the settlement will go to Ash's attorney's fees and the rest goes to Ash..

Christian Jerk, Andy Savage, a mega pastor from Texas received a STANDING OVATION after he admitted to RAPING a 17 y/o girl 20 years ago as he asked his congregation for forgiveness!!

He's a pastor at Highpoint Church in Memphis, Tennessee and made his apolgy during a sunday service which were streamed live on the Church's Youtube page as his past was brought up by victim Jules Woodson who wrote about the incident on WatchKeep last Friday.

Jules wrote in 1998 that Savage gave her a ride home while she was in high school and he took her to a wooded area, unzipped his pants and took his winky out and asked for oral sex.

Andy issued an apology but didn't discuss what happened and said "My repentance over this son over 20 years ago was done believing God's forgiveness is bigger than any sin and i still believe in that". The audience ROARED in cheers after that..

In his conclusion he said "any painful memories or fresh wounds this has created for anyone, i am sorry and i humbly ask for your forgiveness, i love you all very much" and the audience stood up and clapped with a rousing applause....

Jules said she found the video "disgusting" and it was never properly handled.

Andy was a college student at the time and a youth minister at Woodlands Parkway Baptist Church in Texas. Jules was a 17 y/o high school senior and a member of his youth ministry.

Jules remembered feeling excited and special that day as she assumed they were getting something to eat..but instead, he took her out to a wooded area and asked her to give him oral sex instead and then unbuttoned her shirt and touched her breasts.

Jules said she remembers getting out of the car and exclaimed "Oh my God. What have i done?". Andy told her to keep what happened a secret and then drove her home.

She remembers telling an associate pastor what happened and he told her "So you're telling me you participated?" and basically victim blamed her!! Jules said she felt it was somehow her fault after the pastor gave her that impression and said they treated it as water under the bridge until she worked up the courage to tell more people and had Andy leave the church.

She said the church could never imagine andy doing something bad or immoral as they "didn't" want to believe it.

Melissa Gibson a plus size activist from Kentucky is hitting back at trolls after she debut her SKINNY BOYFRIEND and people say she doesn't "DESERVE" and that it must be some kind of FETISH he has for big girls!!

Users are questioning their relationship by criticizing her body stating that her boyfriend, Johnathan, must only love her because of a "fetish" he has for big women and that their relationship is "abnormal"....

Melissa says people now feel entitled to comment on them because her boyfriend's body fits into a particular "mold" whereas hers doesn't.

She's received a flood of negative comments on her weight as one person said "Go to the gym and eat better you fat person, like you are DYING i'd rather be smoking than be your size"

Melissa responded to the haters with "If the world won't just let us be, we will keep fighting for our love, for our space, for our right to be seen, accepted wthout question, and celebrated. In all honesty, it's silly to think it bothers people so much. We are exactly what each other wants, and guess what, our bodies are a part of that. It's not abnormal or a fetish. It's simply natural. So while you insist on yeling your insecurities and bigotry at me, realize i'm not playing the game you play any longer. Paul Spensberger reported his own 17 y/o son, Andrew to the police in Missouri after he found NUDE photos on his phone of a 2 y/o girl who was a relative of his Girlfriend's!!

He found the pictures after confiscating it from him and said he was disgusted by the images, he felt he had no other option but to contact the police in hopes that it would finally scare his son as he suffers behavioural problems and is in trouble for theft.

The pictures were of Andrew's girlfriend's relative and were taken at close range

Andrew, who worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken, said he took the pictures with the intentions of SELLING them to a high school classmate who he suspected was a PEDOPHILE!!

He said he hoped to get $350 for the pictures because he desperately needed money to pay back others..

Paul still called the police as his son was hauled away for felony child pornography charges and his father refuses to pay the 10,000 bond...

He said "He feels like s***. He feels remorse and he is scared, he's facing time in prison. I could go and get him but he needs to learn"

Paul said he was torn about whether or not to report his son but felt he had no choice because the phone that the pictures were stored in was registered to his brother's name.

Paul says "I don't know if i would do the same thing again now. I don't know what exactly what i was expecting. It's difficult"

He believed that his son was going to sell the pictures and not for his own self gratification. His son attended a special needs school where there are "twisted" students with an appetite for child porn.

Paul says his son is a THIEF but NOT a sexual fiend. Ironically, the child's family have FORGIVEN ANDREW..

Now Paul said he's TORN about teaching his troubled son a lesson and seeing him up to 7 years in prison

Andrew is now charged with a Class D felony of child pornography possession and faces up to 4 years in prison and his father has yet to decide if he will hire a lawyer for his son but Andrew is also not speaking to him as well..

Tina Johnson lost her home in a suspicious fire and is under investigation by arson specialists.

Katie is Chief Marketing Officeer at Colour Genomics who wrote on her page "I don't know Tina Johnson, But i believe her. Tina Johnson bravely shared a story about being sexually harassed by Roy Moore. It has always been dangerous and risky for women (and men) to speak out against sexual harassment. Today, this danger reached a disturbing level. Tina's home burned down and she lost everything. 100% of these funds will be used to help her rebuild her home. If Tina has insurance that covers the damage, she'll still receive funds from this campaign to help with living expenses and ease the weight of all this. Money won't erase what happened, but i truly hope it will help"

Katie used to work for Google, Twitter and was director of citizen participation in the Obama administration.

Tina, who lives with her husband and 15 y/o grandson said "Honestly, i'm in shock like i was the day it happened. I can't comprehend all this, it's just overwhelming. I need a home for my grandson"

Investigators don't believe the fire is linked to Moore or the allegations against him.

Police said they identified a suspect who is known in the area for being a drunk and misbehaved as residents say they saw the man walking around the back of the home.

Johnson gave a description of how Moore molested her in his office in the 1990's when she went to him for legal expertise during a custody battle over her son. Her mother went her to the meeting but it didn't stop him for grabbing her butt!
