This Missouri Dad found NUDE Photos of a 2 y/o GIRL on his 17 y/o Son's Phone!!

Paul Spensberger reported his own 17 y/o son, Andrew to the police in Missouri after he found NUDE photos on his phone of a 2 y/o girl who was a relative of his Girlfriend's!!

He found the pictures after confiscating it from him and said he was disgusted by the images, he felt he had no other option but to contact the police in hopes that it would finally scare his son as he suffers behavioural problems and is in trouble for theft.

The pictures were of Andrew's girlfriend's relative and were taken at close range

Andrew, who worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken, said he took the pictures with the intentions of SELLING them to a high school classmate who he suspected was a PEDOPHILE!!

He said he hoped to get $350 for the pictures because he desperately needed money to pay back others..

Paul still called the police as his son was hauled away for felony child pornography charges and his father refuses to pay the 10,000 bond.

He said "He feels like s***. He feels remorse and he is scared, he's facing time in prison. I could go and get him but he needs to learn"

Paul said he was torn about whether or not to report his son but felt he had no choice because the phone that the pictures were stored in was registered to his brother's name.

Paul says "I don't know if i would do the same thing again now. I don't know what exactly what i was expecting. It's difficult"

He believed that his son was going to sell the pictures and not for his own self gratification. His son attended a special needs school where there are "twisted" students with an appetite for child porn.

Paul says his son is a THIEF but NOT a sexual fiend. Ironically, the child's family have FORGIVEN ANDREW..

Now Paul said he's TORN about teaching his troubled son a lesson and seeing him up to 7 years in prison

Andrew is now charged with a Class D felony of child pornography possession and faces up to 4 years in prison and his father has yet to decide if he will hire a lawyer for his son but Andrew is also not speaking to him as well.

Do you think because Andrew has special needs he should get a "lenient" sentence?

I'd say intent definitely matters here, and distribution of child pornography is a crime. He's almost 18 years old and he knew exactly what he was doing.

They're both pieces of shit for their actions. If it were my kid I'd make him smash the phone to pieces and probably punch him in the gut. Make sure he gets the help he needs. But turning your own flesh and blood in over something like that...cold as ice.

Well he just ruined his son life. Hope he sleeps fine with that fact. Shoot me or not, IDC, but if he didn't hurt anybody, and didn't force the kid into something, trying to make money off of happenstance should be community service.

I think what people are failing to understand is that if he was willing to do it to a baby he might try it with a thirteen year old.

Did it too soon. Shoulda got the sale and grabbed another guy.

I have an IG folower who posted pics of her kids in a bathtub on IG.

Is that distributing child pornography? Obviously no genetalia, but the pics did show upper body stuff on 2 of the young children who were girls.

One was like 4 the other was 1 and a half.

It really bothered and annoyed me.

If it's just a single image there's nothing particularly wrong with it and it's dumb to get upset by that.
If it's a constant thing, almost like they're intentionally sexualizing their kids or trying to be pedophilic in nature then it's fucked up.

Those aren't even the only two options though, you could send him to professionals or something for therapy and shit. If, let's assume they were a genuine pedophile and that's what they were sexually attracted to, then beating them would be as effective as trying to "beat the gay away" or something as well as carry the normal negative effects that can come from parental child abuse, not to mention how being fucked in the head and being special ed could effect it as well.

Throwing them in a cell for 7 years without addressing the issue isn't going to ultimately help, but just beating him isn't a better or more effective alternative, if anything it's worse because they're still fucked in the head, you're fucking them up more, and they're still free in society as well and not having to at least wait to get out.
