A bit like when I was playing Operation Flashpoint years ago, the game autosaved when there was a helicopter gunship above me. Every time I loaded, the damn thing killed me within 3 seconds. Every. Single. Time!!!

I never played the game again, heh.

I had the same feeling after graduating with my degree, so I totally get what you're going through.

I was fully qualified to design an entire car for a large company... but deep down? I still felt like a hapless student :o

Not quite the same as being responsible for someone's life, but still terrifying. The thought that anyone would trust me with that... It's mind blowing.

I was on them for 5 years l, stopped them about 18 months ago. Within a month or two I was feeling elated again, it was awesome, felt like I was ALIVE again rather than being a soulless vegetable.

Tbh these last months I feel a bit flat again, but I think that's my S.A.D. because it's winter...

I actually think reused themes can be pretty powerful when done well. It takes you back to what happened before, stirs up your old emotions.

I'm the opposite to most people, really enjoyed SS and TP (SS beating TP), but couldn't stand OoT when it first came out. I did enjoy the 3DS one, though.

I think if you go into them with an open mind as I did, you'll really enjoy SS and TP. They're both wonderful games. It just goes to show how influential a few negative people on the internet can be.

I hated OoT when it came out in 1998, but I really enjoyed the remake on the 3DS. But I only see it as a 'good' game, not a great one.

LttP and BotW are two of my favourite ever games, so OoT gets my vote.

You see this a lot in the UK, nobody bothers to wash their hands and a load of toilets stink of piss.

When I went to Italy, I didn't see a single person leave without washing their hands thoroughly, it was refreshing to see actually.

How did you get better? Was it from getting laid?

If only!! XD no I got better when I realised that I can do things if I put my mind to it. Do some things that will make you proud of yourself, no matter how little. Do enough of them and you'll feel better in no time.

TC, talking about biggest explosion in history, have you read about the Tunguska Event? Nobody knows much about it, but one of the theories is that it was an explosion, if it was then it would be by far and away the biggest one in history.

3/5 from me, but I couldn't decide between 3 and 4.

I played it on the NES Mini a year ago. Really good fun, definitely feels unique, but sometimes it's too hard for its own good, both in puzzles and in enemies.

I don't think I'll ever manage to beat that final boss - I refuse to use the save states, to me that's cheating :P

1. If I upload them today, but change their date, will people still know that I uploaded them today? Or would they think I did it years ago?

I don't understand it, either. I'd rather the whole family lived together in one household, like we used to in the past. Family is precious, but not everybody seems to see it that way these days.

I think it comes down to the fact that western society's way of thinking tends to be more individual (selfish?), whereas a lot of other places tend to focus more on brotherhood.

Ah okay. I didn't know for sure. But I know here in Europe, Spain and Portugal both have some Arab influence in their culture from the distant past, I assumed it was the same for the people. I don't know much American history but I know Latin America was invaded by the Portuguese and Spanish.
