Trying to control everything in my life was driving me insane. Couldn't go a week with 3 or more panic attacks. So I guess what I'm saying is in addition to calming techniques try and figure out the stressors and triggers. --- |

I'm not saying it's not deserving to be top 10, but she can't articulate an actual argument in these podcasts. Her argument against pretty much everything is that it isn't doing anything new, that's the only thing she has said in any of them. They all have said things I disagree with, but they actually make an argument for their stance and not just repeating themselves on the same point in every situation. --- |
