I'm not that familar with McDonalds, what's so bad about their bread?

More or less the same issues as all white breads. It's high calorie and has few vitamins, has sugar in it. But it does taste better.

They'd have to switch to something that doesn't taste as good if they wanted to make the change though. If they can take sugar out of chocolate milk, then they can probably invent something palatable though...well, hopefully.

Generally if they fight unemployment they need to prove things with proper documentation and such.

I know people shit on 3 and 4 a lot. I don't know if that's because they were made by a different company or if they were genuinely bad.

The car physics in 3 and 4 were radically changed to be more "realistic". Unfortunately thus results in flipping over your car all the time. 4 made it a bit more bearable, but it still didn't work well with the arcade style.
