It went like this

My little bro is 18 and I thought just recently got a girlfriend... he has never mentioned anything about a fiance or someone being pregnant. I wonder if this is just some weird misunderstanding, but why the heck would my brother have a note like this if it were not real and about him? I am pretty sure it was his handwriting.

I don't think you fully comprehend how accurate the sensors can be. If you "tell" the car there's a road within 3 feet of spot X, and the car's sensors scan across and register "BUMPY TERRAIN -> 15 FOOT WIDE FLAT SPACE -> BUMPY TERRAIN" it's going to be pretty easy to register the flat part as the road and drive on the right half of that flat part.

There's no need to overcomplicate the thought process here.

How does a human distinguish between the two? The car will be able to use a similar process. Does it feel different? The car will be able to sense that in the spin of the wheels or something like that. It will be a variable that it is picking up on and able to deal with, just like a human can.

Probably similar to how the GPS on your phone can handle them. It's got a map of the roads and can see its location, so it should be able to navigate the road. It doesn't know there's a right turn coming up because it sees the road curving. It knows there's a right turn because it's been told there's a right turn. The sensors scanning the surroundings are for additional precision, tracking, and obstacle avoidance.

That being said, they probably won't be allowed to handle the really shitty roads for a while. It'll get you close and then you'll be told to take over to get through extremely rough, uneven, or unmarked terrain.

They will be able to drive in areas with no map or GPS available. They will use their vision to make decisions on the fly, just like a human would while driving in a new area.

Saw a guy get murdered in a shopping centre.

I'm kind of assuming he didn't survive, but if he did he was probably brain dead by that point. He certainly wasn't moving by the end of it and his head was bleeding all over the place.

Edit: I also woke up from a seizure in a hospital on Christmas morning when I was a kid. That certainly wasn't pleasant. Haven't had one since and the doctors never figured out what caused it.

How was he murdered and what country was this in?

You have to remember he fought them off when they first tried to swarm him before the video started rolling. Then they tazed him twice, to which he got right back up both times. The second time he got back up is when the video starts, and it begins with him running at one of the officers. It's only then that the baton strikes start.

No, they were following their protocol precisely as it was back then. They did nothing out of order. Everything they did was by the book. EVERY SINGLE THING.

My point was that they finally take him down again is what they should have done all along. It was everything from 0:40 to 1:40 (which is when he finally gets taken down) that is the problem. And the guy who took him down was not one of the two beating him over that time.

You Cleary have no idea what happened before the video started rolling, and believe it or not, what happened before recording began matters just as much, and gives context for what happened in the video.

I don't remember hearing King scream in the video, but what I did hear is the officers yelling repeatedly at him to put his hands behind his back. Instead, he kept trying to get back up. And this is all after they tazed him twice. He got up both times after getting tazed due to being high as fuck on PCP. The tazer had no effect.

I can keep going. But do yourself a favor, and don't open your mouth about cases you know nothing about.

From 0:40 to about 1:40 two of them needlessly beat on him with their nightsticks as he rolls drunkenly, they don't even attempt to grab his arms and handcuff him



Then as he sits up, another cop walks over and grabs his arms, throws him down and has him handcuffed as a few other guys run over to help keep him held down. The guy who grabbed his arms was not one of the two who were beating him from 0:40 to 1:40 (I watched a few times to make sure)

The two guys that were beating him were definitely not doing their jobs there
