It means 98% of reviewers liked it. Which is true, most people who have seen it liked it. I know how RT works I also know how Metacritic works, where it has an 88/100. If Black Panther was actually White Panther it would not receive this universal acclaim. I went in expecting something unique and I got Thor 2/Captain America/Doctor Strange but slightly better instead.
